Exercising and Energizing with Intellectually Challenged
Join this to move forward a UN Sustainable Development Goal SDG4

Obesity is a common health problem among adults with intellectual challenged. They are much less physically active and lack of the knowledge about dietary intake. It may lead to greater risk for certain illness or chronic diseases that will affect their lives in the long run.

In view of this, one of the awardees of Mrs Choi Ma Oi Kuen Public Service Leadership Program Award this year partners with Lok Chi Association – Lam Tin Service Centre to launch a service project called "Exercising and Energizing with Intellectually Challenged" to increase intellectually challenged adults’ interests and awareness in exercising through different interactive gaming experience and walking activities.
