This project initiated Connect ACE (Ambassador for Community Engagement) aimed to educate primary school students and their families about the concept of carbon footprints and to raise awareness about environmental issues. Day 1, the group went to the Zero Carbon Building with the families. Day 2, the group went hiking from Tseung Kwan O to HKUST, played interactive games, and taught recipes for low carbon diets to promote “green” living habits within the families.
