Principal Chan Free Tutorial World was established in 2011. It provides free tutorial classes, playgroup, pre-school and a variety free of charge talent development classes for underprivileged children to have equal opportunities to develop their potentials.

Description
- Assist in the teaching and preparing material for pre-nursery classes
- Plan and organize activities for members
- Assist in the center's administration when required

HK$18,000 subsidy upon satisfactory completion of the whole program.
